Everyone was very helpful which was very much appreciated after a long flight and I had three large suitcases plus hand luggage (my big cases were safely stored for the night). Someone even helped me with my hand luggage to my bedroom. Lovely powerful shower and room nice. I would say a lighter duvet would have been nice as I was hot even after turning down the A/C. What did upset me was someone knocking and coming into my room at 7am (5am from here I came from) and said sorry and went out again. If woke me up which was very sad for me.

Hilton Garden Inn Nairobi Airport has been my go to hotel for the past few years, and they never disappoint. Extremely friendly staff, great overall atmosphere, beautiful facility, wonderful rooms and very convenient location, minutes away from JKIA airport and from Gateway mall and shopping center. They offer free shuttle bus from/to JKIA, which is a huge plus. You really can't go wrong with the facility. Breakfast is well supplied and full of options, definitely worth it. The hotel also offers free parking, which is super convenient if you have a car. I will always enjoy staying at Hilton Garden Inn Nairobi Airport.

About a 10-15 min drive from airport bit more than we expected but the hotel shuttle managed the times and picks up very well. Good shuttle bus and safe, friendly driver Hotel rooms were large, clean, well equipped so we were super happy Beds were wonderful Bathroom was great, lovely hot showers Room was quiet, we slept well

It was an amazing stay here. The room was super comfy. Nice bathroom. Very comfortable bed and amazing staff who made sure our stay was great. The buffet was spectacular. Amazing selection of great meals. The chefs were friendly. Also we had an afternoon flight which was great. They allowed check out in the afternoon. I would definitely come back again when back. It’s so close to the airport and gave us transfers which made it so easy. Thank you so much 💕

The location is 5 minutes from the main airport. Bar and food available 24hrs a day. Useful if you arrive on flights from UK which kind around 21.00hrs. The rooms are basic but clean. Staff very professional and welcoming. I see Miidle East flight crew use the hotel which is a good sign. Perfect hotel for a one night stay before moving on for a safari.

Spent one night as I had an early morning flight. Served its purpose as an airport hotel. The onsite restaurant was good, front desk staff friendly and helpful, and the shuttle to the airport managed a large number of people well. The room was quiet which was impressive given its location next to a highway and airport.

Friendly and helpful staff, very good bedroom and bathroom with great shower. Good security and good shuttle service to the airport. Garden Restaraunt was a bonus and atmosphere in the bar area was just right, clean, tidy but friendly. The evening buffet option was a hit for me. Reception staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Everything was amazing about my stay. From the shuttle pickup at the Nairobi Airport, to the concierge, to my room and it's facilities and to the restaurant and buffets available. Everyone was beyond helpful and so friendly and accommodating. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my stay was. The concierge even accommodated at late check out for me.

The staff was very welcoming and nice, also we appreciated the airport shuttle service, which was on time and comfortable. Also the rooms were clean and had all the necessary things. Very nice place to stay specially when coming from or going to the Nairobi International airport.
